Petua Melengkung

Pengurangan Ketebalan

Ukuran jarum YES C DISC ialah 19 tolok. Kerana saiznya yang kecil, kerosakan yang disebabkan oleh pengaburan adalah minimum. Ini adalah kelebihan besar apabila pesakit meminta pendekatan yang sangat kecil.

Putaran 360 darjah

YES C DISC User Guide

  1. The patint lies in the supine position. Make sure that the head is fixed.
  2. Using the C-Arm, you locate the disc level which you are going to operate upon.
  3. Sterilize and drape the site of the procedure
  4. Infiltrate the site of needle entry with local anesthetic
  5. Open the YES C DISC pack and insert the needle in the intervertebral disc
  6. Remove the stylet and insert the YES C DISC catheter
  7. Guided by the C-Arm image, you locate the needle tip at the target site.
  8. Connect Generator cable to back side of catheter
  9. Treat patient using Generator
  10. Remove catheter and needle, after finished operation.

YES C DISC Indications

Discogenic Pain

Pain originating from the intervertebral disc is described as discogenic pain. It occurs when the annulus fibrosus is cracked or fissured, the patient usually feels low back pain that may radiate along nerve root.

Herniated Nucleus Pulposus

This Is what is commonly called “waist Pain”. The intervertebral disc is like a cushion inbetween the vertebral bodies. The nucleus pulposus may bulge or pushes its way through a fissure in the annulus fibrosus. This may exert pressure on the nerve root causing pain.

Radicular Pain

This type of pain occurs when there is pressure on the nerve root by herniated disc. The pain is felt in the area supplied by the affected nerve root, that is why the patient describes it as spreading from the back down to his leg.

Internal Disc Derangement

It causes back pain by broken annulus fibrous surrounding nucleus pulposus. It appears black shadow instead of disc herniated in MRI.
